For the Finland Government Scholarship 2023–24, applications are now being accepted. All international students can apply for the Finland Government Scholarship for the Bachelor's and Master's degrees. English should be the language of instruction. No application fee is required. The Join Application to Finland's Higher Education is currently available. Joint application refers to the ability to submit one application for up to six different programs for the spring of 2023. For Spring 2023, all Study Programs are available in English. Apply as well for the fully funded Australia's University of Tasmania Research Scholarships 2023–2024.

Under Finland Government Scholarship some universities offer fully funded scholarships and some universities provide partially funded scholarship.
Finland has a Centralized Admission System. You just have to Shortlist the Program of various Universities and apply online.
You do not need to contact Professors or anyone else. The scholarship is automatic on getting admission.
All the universities offer various percentages of the Tuition Fee Waiver Scholarship OR the Tuition Fee + Monthly Stipend Scholarship (Fully Funded).
