Financial Coverage:
The Following Scholarships are available by the Royal Thailand Government Scholarships for Masters and Doctoral Programs:
- Full Tuition and educational support fees (Full Thesis Support)
- Living Allowance of 10,500 baht Per Month for the Masters program.
- Living Allowance of 11,500 baht Per Month for a Ph.D. program.
- Round Trip Airfare Tickets (Economy Class) Direct Route to Thailand.
- Visa Fee, Airport Taxes, up to 10,000 Baht will be given.
- Health and accident Insurance will be provided during the Scholarship.
Duration Of SIIT Scholarship:
Masters Program—> 2 years
Ph.D. —> 3 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- International Students except Thai are eligible
- Two Strong Recommendations (At least One from an Academic Institute).
- Applicants must have Good Health and Good Conduct.
- Applicants of any nationality are eligible to apply
- Applicants must have a First-class (honors) Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 3.0 from a reputed University
- For a Doctoral Degree, the Aspirant must hold First-class (honors) Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees or equivalent (Master GPA above 3.50 out of 4.0)
- Applicants must have an English proficiency score as required by AIT Language Center (IELTS-Academic: 6 (writing and overall) or AIT EET ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 550).

- Project proposal which may lead to commercial products (2 pages maximum)
- Information about education, exams, and previous relevant work/research experience (a CV).
- Certified copies of academic diplomas and certificates.
- Publications are relevant to the research scope and any other work which the applicant wishes to be taken into account and should clearly state the applicant’s contribution.
- Names and contact information of at least two references
